Junior Product Manager
28.000 €ShippyPro
You've got ~2 years of experience. You've seen how products work.
Now you want to actually own, drive, and ship.
At ShippyPro, we're looking for someone ready to step in, take responsibility early, and grow fast.
You’ll work side by side with a Senior PM stepping into a team lead role: meaning real ownership from day one, and someone genuinely invested in making you better.
If you notice broken UX, care about onboarding flows, and think in terms of user impact — keep reading.
About Us
ShippyPro was founded in 2016 with a simple idea: make shipping effortless so businesses can focus on growth.
Today we power shipping for thousands of merchants across 60+ countries. We’ve raised $15M (Series B) and we’re scaling fast in a $9T industry still full of inefficiencies.
Product is at the center of everything we do. What you build here gets used — every day.
The Platform
ShippyPro helps merchants manage shipping end-to-end: carrier selection, label generation, tracking, and integrations with e-commerce platforms and couriers.
One place to move faster, reduce manual work, and stay in control.
The Challenge
We’re not looking for someone who manages tickets.
We’re looking for someone who owns outcomes.
Core product and integrations are where complexity lives: edge cases, carrier quirks, broken workflows.
Your job is to bring clarity and turn that complexity into solutions that actually work.
What You’ll Do
- Work with the Senior PM to define, prioritize, and ship product improvements
- Talk to merchants and understand real workflows and pain points
- Write clear specs and user stories
- Use data to guide decisions and spot issues early
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer teams
What You’ll Bring
- ~2 years in product, product ops, or similar
- Clear communication — you simplify complexity
- Comfort with ambiguity — you move without perfect info
- Curiosity for data (SQL is a plus)
- Basic understanding of APIs/integrations
- Structured thinking and strong prioritization
What Makes You a ShippyProer
- You’re curious — you ask why, not just what
- You have opinions, but you update them with data
- You don’t wait — you take initiative
- You’re comfortable learning fast and being challenged
Why Join Us
- Competitive salary between €28,000 and €40,000, calculated through our salary simulator — built on objective metrics, because we believe in unbiased compensation
- Performance bonus tied to impact
- Meal vouchers (office or remote)
- Yearly learning budget and AI tools
- Flexible working setup across our offices in Florence and Milan
- A team that moves fast and cares about building things well
