pFor our Corporate House in Pero (Milan), we are looking for a strongMarketing Market Insights Specialist /strong to join our Group Marketing team. /ppThe candidate will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will help turn business questions, market information and customer knowledge into clear insights that support better business decisions. /ppThe role will work with information from CRM, websites and digital channels, customer enquiries, events and trade shows. It will also cover market and competitor intelligence, customer insights and innovation monitoring, combining internal and external sources to understand relevant market dynamics and identify opportunities. /ppbr / /ppThe main activities include: /pulliDefining business KPIs and analytical frameworks for marketing and commercial decision-making /liliWorking with the Business Intelligence Data Integration department to define business questions, required data, dimensions, segmentations and analytical frameworks. /liliConducting market, customer and competitor analysis and identifying relevant trends and opportunities /liliCombining and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information from internal and external sources /liliTranslating findings into clear insights, implications and recommendations for key stakeholders /liliMonitoring the impact of decisions and initiatives over time /liliCommunicating complex information clearly to support informed business decisions /li /ulpbr / /ppThe strongideal candidate /strong will bring: /pulli5+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, strategic marketing, market research, customer insights or similar fields /liliStrong analytical skills, commercial awareness and ability to interpret complex information /liliAdvanced Excel skills /liliBasic knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools /liliExperience with CRM systems, with SAP C4C considered an advantage /liliExperience defining KPIs, metrics and analytical frameworks /liliExperience in market, customer and competitor insights /liliStrong critical thinking and ability to identify patterns, opportunities and emerging trends /liliExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn findings into clear recommendations /liliCritical AI literacy and the ability to fact-check and validate AI-generated outputs /liliStrong curiosity and ability to connect insights across different sources and business areas /liliEnglish at B2 level or above, with C1 preferred /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliPermanent contract (CCNL Metalmeccanico) /liliAnnual gross salary between €40.000 and €47.000, based on experience /liliCompany canteen /liliUp to 8 days of remote working per month /li /ulpbr / /ppemCoster is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a Diverse Inclusive environment.
