Given the direct impact on customer experience and financials, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical business systems and reporting analyst to support billing transformations, data quality, reporting, and billing integration activities. /p pThe role is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining billing integrity, optimizing system workflows, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency, automation, data visibility and control. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a strong understanding of billing processes and will work under the supervision of the Billing Director. /p pThe role will liaise cross‑functionally with the Finance, IT, ECH teams and the broader business from a Usage‑to‑Cash standpoint utilising Salesforce and Oracle platforms. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with Finance, IT, ECH and the broader business to resolve billing and system‑related issues through analysis, root cause identification, and cross‑functional coordination /li liAnalyse billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and financial controls /li liImprove billing processes, including but not limited to invoice generation, validation, adjustments, reconciliations, controls, exception management, and data quality checks, to ensure revenue is billed timely, accurately and in compliance with local legislation /li liRecommend and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes, strengthen controls, and improve data accuracy /li liDevelop billing requirements, maintain process documentation and training materials to provide technical guidance or training to staff on billing software, reporting and enhancements /li liAssist with system implementations, billing migrations, testing, and user acceptance activities, data validation, and reporting requirements /li liMaintain month‑end close revenue reconciliations between Salesforce Oracle to identify gaps in revenue, data inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities /li liDevelop and maintain billing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support visibility over billing accuracy, revenue gaps, process efficiency, and transition progress /li /ul h3Individual Profile /h3 ul liExperience in billing operations, financial analysis, systems analysis, or related roles /li liStrong working knowledge of CRM, ERP and billing platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce or similar systems /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query and data analysis /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and organizational skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities /li liAbility to manage multiple and competing priorities to meet deadlines in an ever‑evolving environment /li liAbility to develop an end‑state vision for the function, and then adopt a programmatic approach to executing towards this end state /li liA customer service mindset: billing is a key touch‑point for our customers and we strive to make doing business with EXA easy /li /ul h3Our working environment /h3 pWe are committed to working in the location where we do our best work.
