Full Stack Senior Developer

TXT e-Tech , a company within TXT Group specialized in advanced technology solutions for the Aerospace & High Tech sectors, is looking for a Middle/Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join a team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software applications supporting aerospace programs and mission-critical environments.

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of complex software solutions across both civil and industrial domains, working on cutting-edge technologies and highly innovative projects. You will be involved throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders, helping translate business and operational needs into effective technical solutions while ensuring quality, delivery targets, and project objectives are successfully achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack software applications;
• Contribute to the definition of software architectures and technical solutions;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define functional specifications;
• Support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring quality standards, timelines, and objectives are met.

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience in Full Stack Software Development;
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript;
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and/or Deno;
• Good knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL;
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and development best practices.

Education

• The salary range for this position is between EUR 32.000 and EUR 37.000 gross per year.
• The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
