Senior Internal Auditor (Projects)

Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liLead and execute audits of large international EPC projects, reviewing governance, project controls, cost, schedule, and contract management. /li liAssess project execution risks, identify root causes of delays or overruns, and recommend practical improvements. /li liPartner with project leadership to strengthen decision-making, reduce delivery risk, and improve project outcomes. /li liEngage with senior stakeholders, including Project Directors and Construction Managers, presenting clear business-focused insights. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven auditing and enhancement of governance and internal control frameworks. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification is an advantage. /li li7–15 years of experience in EPC or large industrial projects, with expertise in project governance, cost/schedule control, contracts, risk, claims, or construction management. /li liStrong understanding of the EPC project lifecycle, CAPEX governance, project controls, and tools such as Primavera or MS Project. /li liExcellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to challenge senior leaders constructively. /li liHigh integrity, business acumen, and a hands-on, improvement-driven mindset; comfortable working independently in international, matrix organizations and bwilling to travel up to 30% /b. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liResponsible challenge with diversified field of activity /li liTeam-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company /li liPersonal development opportunities through own Inova Academy /li liOpportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines /li liExcellent employment conditions /li liAttractive working place (central, good transport links) /li liModern infrastructure /li /ul pbCompensation /b /p pbBasic wage component (gross):72 000 EUR/per year /b /p pThis amount is our minimum offered salary.Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
