Following our monumental success with China Gold, we are expanding our mission: to empower Italian Luxury Maisons to capture white space opportunities in the Chinese market through strategic lifestyle licensing and senior omni-channel operations.
About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Strategic Partnerships based in Milan—a luxury industry veteran with the influence and network to open doors at the highest levels of Italian luxury houses (Gucci, Prada, Bulgari, Bottega Veneta, Fendi, Valentino, Loro Piana, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Maison Relations & Licensing: Act as the primary liaison between Yibi Group and Italian Luxury Maisons. Secure exclusive licensing agreements for untapped lifestyle categories (Lifestyle, Home, Tech-Accessories, Premium Hardware).
- Strategic Growth Pitching: Present Yibi Group’s unique Dual-Model: Combining jewelry-grade manufacturing precision with senior e-commerce mastery to drive significant new revenue streams in China.
- Capitalizing on Made in China Excellence: Articulate the value of China’s advanced manufacturing ecosystem for brand extensions, ensuring every artifact aligns with the Maison’s aesthetic standards.
- C-Suite Engagement: Leverage existing network to navigate the organizational structures of major luxury groups, ensuring our vision reaches global decision-makers in Brand Development and Licensing.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience within the Italian luxury ecosystem, with direct access to decision-makers in Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda and beyond.
Required Skills
- Commercial Mastery: Proven track record in Brand Licensing or Category Extension. Able to translate heritage into high-growth commercial realities without diluting brand equity.
- Performance-Driven Mindset: Inspired by results and can leverage China Gold success story to demonstrate Yibi Group’s agility in capturing the modern Chinese consumer.
- Cultural Bridge: Possess Italian taste for luxury and strategic vision to understand why China’s digital economy requires a senior, local operational partner.

- End-to-End Execution: Ability to execute omni-channel operation and multi-category supply chain to bring visionary concepts to market reality.
