YOUR MISSION

As a Retail Specialist, you will play a key role in engaging retail activations, assisting with daily retail operations to drive performance and maintaining brand standards. Based in Milan, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Retail Manager.

Job Responsibilities

CRM & Clienteling:

• CRM System Management & Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, while providing training and support to team members.
• Data-Driven Campaign Management: Support analyzing customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and develop/execute targeted CRM campaigns, monitoring performance and providing actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and boutique teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.

Retail Client Activations

• Activation Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute retail activation programs, aligning with business objectives.
• Event Management & Logistics: Plan, coordinate and manage the logistics for retail activations, including event setup and inventory control.
• Develop partnerships with other brands or organizations to enhance activation programs and reach new audiences.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Help tracking and analyzing activation performance, provide reports and gather customer feedback.

Retail Operations & Performance:

• Operational Support & Compliance: Assist with daily store operations, including POS transactions, maintaining policies/procedures, and providing administrative support.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maintain visual merchandising standards & ensure attractive product displays & windows.
• Sales Tracking & Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Profile

University degree, with prior on-the-field experience as a plus (retail, sales, boutique, or training). Entrepreneurial, highly hands-on, and adaptable mindset, combining attention to detail with a bigger picture focus. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills as a collaborative team player. Solution-driven, organized approach with the ability to adeptly prioritize and manage multiple projects. Analytical skills and data-driven mindset to support CRM, clienteling, and daily operations. Strong interest in watchmaking, with a passion for motor racing and sports considered a plus. Fluency in both Italian and English. Technical proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel.

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 30.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at TAG Heuer’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio e Terziario), as applied by TAG Heuer in Italy.
