Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure Defend, Observe Protect, Explore, Travel Navigate. /p pWe are looking for an Active Antenna System Engineer /p h3CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US /h3 ul liYou have graduated with a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering. /li liYou have a background in RF, digital, and power engineering. /li liYou are fluent in professional English. /li liYou are recognized as proactive and capable of excellent team working. /li liMastering of Digital BeamForming architectures is considered a plus. /li /ul h3COMPETENCIES: /h3 ul liYou can master System Engineering in the active antennas domain. /li liYou are familiar with software skills such as Matlab/Simulink, KeySight SystemVue, and AWR/MWO-VSS. /li liYou know how to manage RF and power budgets. /li liYou are familiar with modeling active antennas for RF/digital/power subsystems. /li liYou have experience with Analog and Digital Beamforming. /li /ul h3LIFE AS AN ACTIVE ANTENNA SYSTEM ENGINEER ROLE /h3 pAs an Active Antenna System Engineer role within Thales, you will: /p ul liCollect requirements and needs from stakeholders and formalize them into models and requirement specifications. /li liDrive trade-off activities for RF, power, and digital architecture, taking into account the state-of-the-art availability of technologies. /li liPerform the flow down of antenna requirements to subassemblies, including RF Front-Ends, RF Amplifiers, Power Supply Units, Digital Control Units, BFN, and harness. /li liModel active antennas using the most suitable tool depending on the Lifecycle stage. /li liSupport IVV-Q activities. /li liInterface with internal and/or external suppliers to ensure delivery in line with performance, quality, schedule, and cost required by the Program. /li liInterface with internal and external customers for reviews. /li /ul h3YOUR CAREER AT THALES /h3 pFuture opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites.
