Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. /p h3WhatYou’llDo /h3 ul liLead daily front desk operations and guide the team during your shift /li liCoach, support, and motivate Front Office Hosts in the moment /li liWelcome guests, handle requests, and turn small moments into great stays /li liCoordinate with Housekeeping, FB, and other teams to keep things smooth /li liManage bookings, room availability, payments, and other admin tasks /li liSpot chances to upsell rooms, local experiences, and TSH outlets /li liShare guest feedback and ideas to elevate our service /li liHelp onboard new team members and create a fun, supportive vibe /li /ul h3WhatYou’llHave /h3 ul liYou have 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or a similar hospitality role /li liYou know the ins and outs of hospitality and are ready to take it to the next level. /li liYou bring confidence, warmth, and strong people skills /li liYou’re quick on your feet and great at solving problems in the moment /li liYou bring a calm, steady presence during busy moments /li liYou enjoy guiding others and lifting your team /li liYou’re comfortable with modern hotel systems and curious to learn new tools /li liYou’re fluent in English and Italian; more languages are a big plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
