In this field-based leadership role, you will drive regional growth for Stryker’s Trauma & Extremities business across North and Central Italy. You will lead a mixed direct and indirect sales organization, shaping strategy, forecasting, and talent development. You’ll build strong partnerships with hospitals and surgeons while navigating change in a dynamic healthcare market. This is a people-focused role that offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and a clear path to performance improvements and market expansion.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead and coach a regional sales organization across direct and indirect channels
- Drive revenue performance and meet financial targets
- Develop and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Cultivate a high-performing team culture and support talent development
- Build strategic relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans as needed
- Lead teams through transformation and change while maintaining engagement
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and regional talent development
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Advanced English level (C1)
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years in commercial roles in sales/marketing
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience in operating room environments
- Track record of achieving commercial targets
- Experience in Medical Devices industry
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
