Overview
In questo ruolo, avrai la responsabilità di guidare la visione tecnologica e la roadmap di piattaforme AI/MLOps e GenAI enterprise. Lavorerai in un contesto internazionale e multidisciplinare, collaborando strettamente con Research, Engineering e Delivery per tradurre requisiti di business in soluzioni tecnologiche ad alto valore. Ti occuperai di progettare ecosistemi MLOps complessi, governance dei modelli e conformità normativa, contribuendo a trasformare la ricerca in risultati concreti. È un'opportunità di leadership tecnica e mentorship per far crescere una practice AI avanzata in un contesto di innovazione continua.

Responsabilità
- Definire la visione tecnologica e la roadmap delle piattaforme AI/MLOps e GenAI a livello di gruppo e per i clienti
- Orchestrare design di ecosistemi MLOps e LLMOps multi-cloud e hybrid-cloud, garantendo scalabilità e gestione dei costi
- Stabilire linee guida, standard di engineering e pattern di sviluppo sicuri e scalabili per l'intero lifecycle dei modelli (Real-Time, Batch, Streaming, LLM/SLM, RAG)
- Supervisionare sistemi di Model Governance, AI etico (Responsible AI), Explainability (XAI) e auditabilità in produzione
- Interagire con clienti e stakeholder per tradurre requisiti strategici in architetture di alto valore
- Assicurare Tech Leadership e mentorship trasversale promuovendo best practice e iniziative di R&D su tecnologie emergenti
Requisiti fondamentali
- Oltre 6 anni di esperienza in ML Engineering, MLOps, AI Architecture o Cloud Software Architecture con focus sull'industrializzazione dell'AI
- Esperienza nella progettazione e erogazione di piattaforme ML/AI enterprise su scala industriale e contesti mission-critical
- Padronanza dell'ecosistema Cloud-Native (Kubernetes, Terraform/IaC, Service Mesh, CI/CD avanzato) per workload di AI distribuita e deep learning
- Eccellente padronanza di Python e conoscenza avanzata di framework di orchestrazione per modelli tradizionali e generativi
- Solida gestione della sicurezza dei dati, IAM, isolamento workload AI, Zero Trust e governance dell'AI
- Ottime doti di comunicazione tecnica, negoziazione e problem solving strategico; interfaccia con figure di alto livello
