Growth-Focused Paid Media Specialist (Lead & ROAS)

MADS in Roma is seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to manage and optimize multichannel paid campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and growing e-commerce revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads and will employ data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities include setup and management of various ad formats, ensuring conversion tracking, and continuous A/B testing to enhance lead quality. If you have a test-and-learn mindset with a strong results orientation, we want to hear from you.
