In this role, you will lead by example, guiding guests through each phase of their beverage journey while supporting the daily execution of RH's bar program. Working closely with location leadership, you will help uphold beverage quality, operational excellence, and service standards by coaching Team Members, reinforcing consistency and cultivating a culture of hospitality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, elevating the guest experience and expanding their expertise in wine, spirits, and cocktails within a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liCreate a warm and inviting experience by delivering First Class Service that reflects RH's standards of hospitality /li liPrepare and present cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality, accuracy and attention to detail /li liCreate memorable beverage experiences by guiding guests through RH's beverage offerings with thoughtful recommendations, wine pairings and knowledgeable service /li liLead by example during service, reinforcing RH's standards of hospitality, beverage quality and operational excellence /li liCoach, mentor and support bar and coffee Team Members through hands‑on guidance, feedback and role modeling /li liSupport location leadership in maintaining beverage quality, inventory accuracy, product quality, production, cleanliness and operational readiness /li liMaintain a clean, organized and fully stocked bar by replenishing and rotating inventory, glassware, garnishes and supplies to support uninterrupted service /li liHelp coordinate opening and closing responsibilities to ensure the bar is prepared for service and properly secured at the end of each shift /li liPartner with location leadership to identify opportunities to improve service execution, operational efficiency and the overall guest experience /li liProcess guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with cash handling procedures /li liResolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment while escalating issues appropriately /li liFollow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and comply with applicable liquor laws and company policies /li /ul h3OUR REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul li4+ years of bartending or relevant experience in a high-volume, upscale or luxury hospitality environment or equivalent experience /li liDemonstrated experience coaching, mentoring or developing Team Members in a hospitality environment /li liStrong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, classic and contemporary cocktails and responsible alcohol service practices /li liPassion for expanding knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails and seasonal beverage offerings through ongoing learning and development /li liUnderstanding of beverage operations, inventory management, and service execution /li liCommitment to responsible alcohol service practices, food safety and sanitation standards, applicable regulations, and RH policies /li liEffective verbal communication in English is required to provide exceptional service to guests and collaborate with fellow Team Members. /li liLegal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire /li liMeets the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts and perform the full scope of job responsibilities in accordance with local labor and safety regulations /li liCommitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming and hygiene practices to ensure a professional presentation to guests /li liFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and variable shifts as business needs require /li /ul h3PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liFrequent stooping, bending, and reaching, both overhead and below bar height /li liLift or move items up to 25 kgs using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques /li liStand and walk for extended periods as part of daily work activities /li liSafely ascend and descend stairs, with or without carrying beverages, glassware or service equipment /li liNavigate busy, low-lit bar and dining environments with attention to safety and control /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
