Marketing & Market Insights Specialist

ppFor our Corporate House in Pero (Milan), we are looking for a bMarketing Market Insights Specialist /b to join our Group Marketing team. /p pThe candidate will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will help turn business questions, market information and customer knowledge into clear insights that support better business decisions. /p pThe role will work with information from CRM, websites and digital channels, customer enquiries, events and trade shows. It will also cover market and competitor intelligence, customer insights and innovation monitoring, combining internal and external sources to understand relevant market dynamics and identify opportunities. /p h3The main activities include: /h3 ul liDefining business KPIs and analytical frameworks for marketing and commercial decision-making /li liWorking with the Business Intelligence Data Integration department to define business questions, required data, dimensions, segmentations and analytical frameworks. /li liConducting market, customer and competitor analysis and identifying relevant trends and opportunities /li liCombining and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information from internal and external sources /li liTranslating findings into clear insights, implications and recommendations for key stakeholders /li liMonitoring the impact of decisions and initiatives over time /li liCommunicating complex information clearly to support informed business decisions /li /ul h3The bideal candidate /b will bring: /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, strategic marketing, market research, customer insights or similar fields /li liStrong analytical skills, commercial awareness and ability to interpret complex information /li liAdvanced Excel skills /li liBasic knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools /li liExperience with CRM systems, with SAP C4C considered an advantage /li liExperience defining KPIs, metrics and analytical frameworks /li liExperience in market, customer and competitor insights /li liStrong critical thinking and ability to identify patterns, opportunities and emerging trends /li liExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn findings into clear recommendations /li liCritical AI literacy and the ability to fact-check and validate AI-generated outputs /li liStrong curiosity and ability to connect insights across different sources and business areas /li liEnglish at B2 level or above, with C1 preferred /li /ul h3bWhat We Offer /b /h3 ul liPermanent contract (CCNL Metalmeccanico) /li liAnnual gross salary between €40.000 and €47.000, based on experience /li liCompany canteen /li liUp to 8 days of remote working per month /li /ul pCoster is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a Diverse Inclusive environment.
