We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day. /p /brh3About the role: /h3 /brpAs a Sr. Manager of Operations you will oversee the safety, quality, reliability, and performance of manufacturing operations, as the highest authority within the Operations organization. /p /brpYou will report to the Operations Director and be located in Monfalcone (GO). /p /brh3Key Responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliEnsure Nuclear Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance:promote and enforce nuclear safety and quality culture across all operational activities /li /brliProvide Overall Governance of Operations: oversee fabrication and production while guaranteeing that operations remain structured, staffed, qualified, and equipped for all project demand. /li /brliManage Operational Performance and Delivery: meet production commitments through compliant and authorized means. /li /brliGovern Manufacturing Capacity, Resources, and Capability: Translate project and portfolio demand into realistic workforce, qualification, equipment, shop-space, and shift requirements /li /brliLead the Operations Leadership Team: coach senior operational leaders reflecting and develop leadership behaviors that reflect nuclear safety principles, procedural discipline, and accountability /li /brliGovern Special Processes and Technical Independence: ensure that you govern special processes (welding, NDE, RT) with the appropriate level of technical independence and oversight. /li /brliInsure Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence: sponsor and prioritize structured improvement programs that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability through validated, documented, and compliant with nuclear requirements. /li /brliWork with Executive Management, Customers, and Regulators: act as the primary operational interface for executive leadership, customers, regulatory bodies and auditors /li /brliManage Operational Risk: manage operational and safety‑related risks, ensure response to abnormal conditions, incidents, or new risks. Maintain operational resilience through disciplined planning, resource allocation, and contingency management /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications: /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related technical discipline. /li /brliMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations in nuclear, power generation, aerospace, oil and gas, or other complex manufacturing sectors /li /brliMinimum 5 years leading managers or multi-level operational organizations in a regulated industrial environment /li /brliLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, nuclear quality, safety, or related professional qualifications are a plus /li /brliEnglish: professional working proficiency, Italian: fluent or professional working proficiency where required. /li /br /ul /brpWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
