Per Roadhouse di Rovigo si cerca un/una Manager in Training dinamico/a, pronto/a a guidare il team e garantire un servizio eccellente ai clienti, con l’opportunità di crescere rapidamente nel mondo della ristorazione.
Quali saranno le tue attività?
- Accogliere i clienti e assicurare un servizio efficiente e curato
- Coordinare il team durante il turno e supportare lo Store Manager nella gestione operativa del locale.
- Gestire apertura e chiusura del punto vendita, garantendo qualità e rispetto degli standard aziendali.
- Controllare scorte e qualità dei prodotti, seguendo le norme HACCP e di sicurezza sul lavoro.
- Elaborare report giornalieri per monitorare le performance del locale.
- Formare e supportare il team, contribuendo allo sviluppo delle risorse interne.
Chi cerchiamo
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di team in fast food, ristorazione veloce, bar o GDO.
- Predisposizione alla guida di un team, capacità di risolvere problemi e di gestire il lavoro anche nei momenti più impegnativi.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e festivi.
