Assistant to the CMO (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the CMO during meetings and business discussions, including preparing minutes, tracking actions, and following up on outcomes
• Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CMO in English, German, and Italian
• Act as a key liaison between the CMO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization
• Prepare and develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal meetings, customer engagements, and public events
• Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic discussions
• Coordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and executive appointments, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are available
• Take ownership of selected projects and special assignments, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and key projects, ensuring timely execution and escalation where required

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field
• Previous years of professional experience in executive support, project coordination, consulting or a comparable role
• Good understanding of business processes, management systems, and corporate governance principles
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting at all organizational levels
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian

• Total compensation starting from € 42.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement

Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation may be adjusted accordingly, taking into account local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
