Hardware EngineerRozzano – 4 days per week on site6 months initially – Contract€300 per dayWe are currently seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to join an innovative electronics development project based in South Milan. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in electronic board design, covering both analog and digital circuitry, to contribute to the development of high-performance hardware solutions.You will play a key role in the design, optimisation, testing, and validation of electronic boards, ensuring products meet performance, power efficiency, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for embedded hardware platformsCreate and optimise electronic board designs with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturabilityImplement power consumption optimisation techniques to improve overall system efficiencyEnsure hardware designs meet relevant ATEX compliance requirements and RF performance standardsSupport prototype development, testing, debugging, and validation activitiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycleContribute to design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in electronic hardware and PCB/board designStrong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principlesExperience optimising power consumption in electronic systemsKnowledge of ATEX regulations and compliance requirementsUnderstanding of RF performance considerations and associated design challengesExperience supporting hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting activitiesAbility to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment
Desirable Experience
Experience working within regulated or industrial environmentsFamiliarity with product development from concept through to productionKnowledge of electronic simulation and design verification tools
