How you will create an impact

• As an experienced hire, once onboarded to our way of working, you will contribute across all phases of project work. From the first client interaction to the final presentation of recommendations, you will be actively involved in shaping the approach, solving complex business challenges, and delivering tangible impact.
• You will work as part of a project team, helping to manage and develop more junior colleagues while collaborating closely with managers and senior stakeholders.
• You will contribute to business development activities, including the creation of high-quality content, proposal support, market insights, and client acquisition initiatives.
• You will play an active role in building a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment where different perspectives are valued and everyone can feel a sense of belonging.

Your profile

• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained in a consulting environment
• You bring strong analytical skills, including experience working with complex data sets, drawing insights, and using the right tools to structure and manage analyses effectively.
• You have experience managing workstreams or projects with successful outcomes, and you are motivated by the opportunity to build and contribute to high-performing teams.
• You are an excellent communicator, able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and actionable messages for different audiences.
• You are entrepreneurial, curious, proactive, and driven by the desire to make an impact.
• You thrive in fast-paced, commercially agile environments where priorities evolve and ownership matters.
• You have a strong interest in growth-related commercial topics, such as pricing, strategy, go-to-market, or broader commercial excellence.
