Program Manager

In this role you will drive program delivery for thyssenkrupp nucera Italy, collaborating with multiple departments and the CEO to shape future business and optimize current processes. You will shepherd dedicated workstreams, identify pragmatic solutions, and ensure projects stay on track while supporting AI initiatives and digitalization. You will be central to the company’s scale‑up and long‑term growth, operating in a cross‑functional, international setting.Responsibilities

• Set up and guide dedicated workstreams and internal projects
• Derive pragmatic, solution‑oriented approaches for workstreams
• Quickly grasp complex topics across the organization, including global topics
• Review workstream status and define corrective actions
• Provide operational support to ensure successful implementation
• Support development and deployment of AI applications and process digitalization
• Report to the CEO and align with the global PMO in Germany
• Collaborate with department heads and ensure efficient execution of projects
• Review KPIs, project performance, quality, and risks;
  plan and conduct program meetings

• Experience in leading cross‑functional projects or programs
• Ability to understand diverse topics and translate into actionable plans
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with leadership
• Experience in process improvement and digitalization initiatives
• Familiarity with KPI review, project governance, and risk management
• Ability to coordinate with international teams and PMO offices
