ABOUT THE ROLE

• Reimagine hospitality: Reimagine hospitality with Numa and join a team transforming the guest experience across our stylish properties in Europe. As a  Guest Experience Agent , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels cared for, balancing online guest communication with face-to-face interactions at our property.
• Guest whisperer: You'll be the go-to person for all guest inquiries, handling everything from booking modifications to local recommendations with confidence and charm. 
• Online Guest Support:  Serve as the primary point of contact for guests across all our European properties, communicating via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Manage guest tickets efficiently, resolving booking modifications, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns with professionalism and care. Provide a seamless and consistent service experience across all touchpoints, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ultimate host: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests arriving at our properties. Guide them through the check-in process, ensuring a smooth start to their stay and setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.
• Local expert: Become an expert on your property and its surroundings. Offer insider tips and personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience, going above and beyond to create memorable moments.
• Problem-solver extraordinaire: Handle guest requests and emergencies with efficiency and grace, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Your ability to think on your feet and provide solutions will be key to guest satisfaction.
• Team player: Collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. At Numa, we believe in the power of teamwork to deliver outstanding results.

ABOUT YOU

• Passionate about hospitality: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and creating positive experiences.
• Communication superstar: Strong communication skills in English and Italian; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Tech-savvy: You're comfortable using various communication tools and platforms, including email, WhatsApp, and booking systems.
• Problem-solver: You have a knack for finding solutions and can handle challenging situations with grace and efficiency.
• Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
• Flexible and adaptable: You're comfortable working in rotating shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.

This is a fully  on-site role and hired on a  Fixed-Term Contract  basis with a possibility of an indefinite contract from the second year . You'll be based in the lobby of our property, where you’ll focus primarily on online communication while also delivering personalised, in-person guest experiences.
