The inspiration behind the brand’s values, Oasi Zegna, continues to guide everything we do at ZEGNA - from supporting our people to fostering a culture of growth, where craftsmanship and innovation are core elements of our learning processes and long-term growth strategy. /p h3YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE /h3 pAs Retail Facility Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us to support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the region. /p pYou’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. /p h3More Specifically You Will /h3 ul liCoordinate and monitor planned and corrective maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special systems), ensuring alignment with timelines and standards /li liTrack and update maintenance plans, supporting the optimization of schedules and interventions /li liAct as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on maintenance activities and progress /li liFollow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective execution /li liSupport vendor coordination, monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIs /li liEnsure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing system /li liCollaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activities /li liParticipate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met /li liContribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul li3-4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environments /li liUniversity Degree (Architecture/ Engineering) /li liGood analytical skills, with familiarity in cost tracking /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) /liliKnowledge of CAD /li liProactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving skills /li liStrong organizational and time management skills /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe position provides for a base salary between: 35,000-40,000€ Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. /li liThe position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
