Product & Proposition Manager -Open Banking & Verification- Maternity Cover

Role Overview

You will offer end-to-end ownership of product development, from concept to go-to-market, working with diverse global teams across departments. It requires good understanding of client needs, building business cases, managing product roadmaps and scaling. Also commercial guidance, identifying growth opportunities and differentiating products are important. You have solid technological expertise with API-based platforms, data-driven environments, analytics, ML, and AI. Focus is on digital lending solutions, applying alternative data, optimizing customer journeys, and delivering modular solutions for core industries. This is a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Transform ideas into products and services, managing all aspects of product design until go-to-market and engaging with clients.
• Observe new trends, monitor competitors, benchmark high‑tech solutions, and develop viable business cases and monetisation strategies focused on the finance market.
• Work with clients, partners, suppliers – internal and external to our organization.
• Availability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• +4 years of experience in product and business management or consultancy in areas such as data/information services, lending, FinTech, analytics services, software‑as‑a‑service.
• Experience with innovation and technology, solid knowledge of product management related to integrated solutions, data-driven platforms, SaaS.
• Solid technological expertise with API-based platforms, analytics, ML, AI, and data-driven environments.
• Fluent English and Italian speaking and writing; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, WPS, SAS and visualization tools is appreciated.

Compensation

Salary range: 52,100 – 67,750 Euro Annual Gross.

National collective agreement applied is "CCNL Metalmeccanico".
