Responsibilities

As a Team Lead, you are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of client campaigns. You foster a culture of collaboration and continuous growth while leading and developing your team. This also includes providing expert guidance on current topics and best practices in digital marketing and the tourism industry. You analyze performance reports and communicate campaign results to clients through strategic, data-driven recommendations. Identifying new cross-selling and upselling opportunities and successfully implementing them is also a key part of the role.

In the area of complaint management, you analyze customer concerns and ensure they are resolved efficiently and effectively. You are responsible for building and structuring cross-functional project teams, overseeing task execution, and evaluating project progress to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

You have a confident and professional presence, know how to make informed decisions and drive results, while leading your team with empathy and adaptability. You are resilient, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning, making you a reflective and dependable leader.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a high level of accountability, reliability, and results orientation. A genuine passion for tourism trends and digital marketing completes your profile.

An individually planned induction program offers you the best possible start in our company. In addition to the cultural introduction by our People & Culture team and the continuous support during the induction period from your supervisor and your motivated team colleagues, we will also provide you with two people specifically to support you. Your tutor will be responsible for your professional concerns, while your buddy will take care of your social integration during the first few weeks.

Regardless of whether it is a journey to work or a private trip during leisure time or at the weekend.

All offices in Bolzano, Lana and Innsbruck are connected to the public transport network and have either a train station or a bus stop in the immediate vicinity - in Bolzano even both.
