The position requires a highly commercial, results-driven leader who can develop and execute integrated sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and inspire high-performing teams across two luxury properties.br/h3SCOPE OF WORK /h3The Multi-Property Director of Sales is accountable for the overall commercial performance of both hotels by:br/ulliAchieving revenue, market share, booking pace, and profitability objectives. /liliDeveloping and executing integrated sales, distribution, and commercial strategies aligned with Marriott International and brand priorities. /liliIdentifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth. /liliBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ownership, business partners, and Marriott stakeholders. /liliMaximizing hotel visibility and market positioning through strategic account management and business development initiatives. /liliDriving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value through exceptional commercial leadership. /liliLeading, developing, and inspiring Sales, Groups Events, and Reservations teams across both properties. /liliEnsuring commercial discipline, financial stewardship, and compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedures. /li /ulh3Core Work Activities /h3h3Commercial Strategy Sales Leadership /h3ulliDevelops and executes short and long-term sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across both properties. /liliLeads proactive and reactive sales efforts, account management, prospecting, and business development activities. /liliEvaluates market conditions, customer trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. /liliPartners closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize pricing, segmentation, distribution, and demand generation strategies. /liliParticipates in strategic sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews. /liliEnsures effective deployment of Marriott sales channels, demand engines, and commercial resources. /li /ulh3Customer Stakeholder Relationships /h3ulliEstablishes and maintains strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, luxury travel partners, and industry stakeholders. /liliRepresents both properties within the local and international business community, strengthening awareness and market presence. /liliCollaborates with Marriott commercial teams and regional partners to identify and secure new business opportunities. /liliPromotes a Revenue, ADR, RevPAR, market share, production, conversion, and profitability. /liliIdentifies opportunities to maximize return on investment and improve overall hotel performance. /liliEnsures commercial resources and expenditures are managed effectively and aligned with business priorities. /liliSupports ownership objectives through profitable revenue growth and strong financial hospitality sector /liliStrong understanding of luxury travel markets, customer expectations, and high-end commercial sales strategies. /liliDemonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, market share,
