Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeploy products to customer systems (either onsite or remotely) /liliPerform cross-product support including complex system recovery /liliAnalyze log files to assist in problem identification and resolution /liliDiagnose and isolate complex cross product inter working issues and third party issues /liliOwn and handle customer support requests in accordance with customer service levels, ensure customer service level agreements are met /liliPropose, review, approve and implement changes on systems in deployment or support phase /liliRecommend product/process improvements to product development team and product management /liliParticipates in 24x7 on-call coverage during out-of-office hours /li /ulh3What we expect you already know/have? /h3ulliWillingness to learn new things /liliWillingness to travel to abroad to customers /liliAnalytical thinking /liliGood experience working with Linux and network administration /liliExperience of installing, upgrading and configuring computer hardware and software /liliGood virtualization experience /liliKnowledge of mobile networks /liliGood understanding of software engineering principles /liliExperience working with IP networks /liliExperience working with DBs /liliKnowledge of Kubernetes Docker /liliExperience with packet core products (3G/4G/5G – MME SAEGW/SGW/PGW ePDG vEPC (vMME, vEPG, vSAPC,) PCRF/HSS/PCF/UDM /li /ulh3Accessibility /h3pMavenir is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
