Senior Bioinformatics Scientist - Production-Scale Genomics

pIllumina is seeking a quantum-lean bioinformatics software engineer to advance novel methods for complex genomic data, contributing to the DRAGEN platform and Illumina Connected Analytics. You will work with software, FPGA, and clinical genomics teams to deliver end-to-end workflows and scalable production software, with real-world health impact. /ppYou will design and prototype algorithms, translate insights into robust software, and communicate results to diverse audiences.
