ppAs a bClient Advisor /b, you will be a brand ambassador and your mission will be to ensure that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover each client’s needs and guide them through the brand. You will be proactive in reaching out to your clients in order to achieve both individual and team goals. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pACTIVITIES RESPONSIBILITIES /p ul liAchieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales results /li liWelcome every client and provide the best client experience /li liSupport clients in purchasing all LV products /li liDevelop long-term relationships with clients, leveraging different clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty /li liGive your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the overall goals of the boutique /li liLearn to master the Brand and develop in-depth product knowledge /li liRespect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior /li liFollow company policies and procedures /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pREQUIREMENTS /p ul liStrong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail /li liCuriosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset /li liPassion for the Louis Vuitton brand /li liExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills /li liFlexibility and problem-solving abilities /li liAvailability to work on weekends /li liProficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus /li liGood knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems /li /ul pFounded in Paris in 1854, Louis Vuitton perpetuates the ambitious vision of its namesake.
