As Digital Product Owner, you will lead the development and management of Technogym's digital offerings, ensuring delivery quality, speed, and innovation. You will align product work with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions across My Wellness CRM, Technogym Live, and Technogym App. Your work drives architectural decisions, code quality, and reliable releases that support the company’s health and fitness mission. You will stay hands‑on with key technical areas while mentoring the team and optimizing delivery pipelines.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Lead end-to-end software design, architecture, and development within your area

• Ensure high-quality releases through testing, monitoring, and release management

Responsabilità

• Backend: Senior Node.js expert with experience building high-concurrency APIs
• Mobile: Flutter/Dart specialist with native iOS/Android integration
• Cloud/DevOps: AWS ECS (Fargate/Docker) and Application Load Balancers
• Database: MongoDB specialist with NoSQL design and performance tuning
• Modular & Shared Architecture: proven ability to build pluggable modules and internal libraries
• Cross-Project Integration: design API and SDK as Platform Services
• Dependency Management: manage shared code via NPM (backend) and Pub packages (mobile)
• DX & SDK/API: focus on developer experience, lightweight SDK, intuitive API
• Versioning: expertise in Semantic Versioning for backward compatibility
• Documentation: produce integration-ready docs (Swagger/OpenAPI)
