Italian Market Growth & Partnerships Lead

RS PRO is seeking a Business Development Manager in Italy to accelerate growth and market penetration for RS PRO. You will act as the brand ambassador, drive revenue through strategic customer engagement, enable sales, and coordinate with marketing and product teams.
Lead go-to-market initiatives, train sales teams, and collaborate across functions to optimize pricing, promotions, and win rates. Strong Italian/English communication and multi‑stakeholder influence are essential.
