The program features international assignments , including rotations at our global facilities. These experiences are designed to deepen your understanding of our global manufacturing footprint and to build a worldwide professional network.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the development of cutting‑edge engineering solutions.


• Support validation processes through advanced testing and measurements, both in‑lab and on‑site.


• Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring technical excellence and process improvement.


• Proactively contribute to innovation projects and digital transformation within the engineering field.

• Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, or Automation Engineering .


• Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of core engineering principles and a passion for technology.


• Experience: Previous internships or project work in R&D, testing, or industrial environments are highly valued.


• Languages: Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.


• Mobility: Full willingness to travel and undertake assignments abroad.
