Marketing Assistant - Vibram FiveFingers

Posizione:

The Marketing Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Vibram FiveFingers Global Marketing Team, helping ensure the smooth coordination and execution of daily marketing activities, campaigns, events and internal processes.

The role supports the management of suppliers, budgets, purchase requests, timelines, marketing materials and project documentation. It also contributes to the preparation of professional presentations and basic adaptations of existing marketing imagery in line with established brand guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Administration

• Support the day-to-day operational activities of the Global Marketing Team.

• Manage purchase requests, RDAs, supplier documentation and invoice follow-ups through SAP.

• Support the monitoring of marketing expenditure, purchase orders, budgets and outstanding payments.

• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, timelines and administrative documentation.

• Liaise with Finance, Purchasing and other internal departments as required.

• Support supplier onboarding, quotations and administrative approvals.

• Follow up on outstanding activities and deadlines.

Project Support

• Support the operational execution of marketing initiatives.

• Assist with coordination across agencies, suppliers, production partners and internal stakeholders.

• Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals and outstanding materials.

• Assist with product samples, shipments and campaign logistics.

• Organise and distribute marketing assets to the relevant teams and markets.

• Maintain clear project documentation and status updates.

Events & Brand Activations

• Support the organisation and execution of marketing events and brand activations.

• Assist with the coordination of suppliers, materials, product samples and event logistics.

• Support event budgets, purchase requests and related administrative processes.

• Contribute to event preparation and post-event reporting.

Presentations & Marketing Materials

• Create, update and format PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, sales meetings and marketing reviews.

• Curate imagery and organise content into clear and visually engaging presentations.

• Resize, crop and adapt existing campaign imagery for different formats when required.

• Support the preparation of basic marketing materials and visual documentation.

• Ensure consistency with established brand guidelines.

• Maintain organised digital asset libraries and shared folders.

Team Support

• Support communication and follow-ups across regional marketing teams.

• Assist with internal reporting, research and marketing documentation.

• Help maintain visibility over ongoing activities, deadlines and deliverables.

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Vibram FiveFingers Global Marketing Team.

Reporting

The role reports to the Head of Global Marketing VFF.

Requisiti:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing assistance, marketing operations, project support or a similar role.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines and stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to independently create and format professional PowerPoint presentations.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar software for basic image resizing and adaptation.

• Strong administrative skills and confidence working with budgets, documentation and suppliers.

• Fluent English (C1) and Italian.

• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently within an international team.

• Interest in sport, movement and contemporary culture.

Preferred

• Previous experience with SAP, particularly purchase requests and invoice management.

• Experience supporting international marketing teams.

• Familiarity with marketing campaigns, events and production processes.

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

• Yearly gross salary range between 26.500€ and 28.500€, plus ticket restaurant 7€
