WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Lead Territory Business Integration is part of the EMEA Business Integration function, and represents Business Integration in the Territory Leadership team. You partner closely with the Territory GM and cross functional Territory partners to deliver the Territory offense and drive marketplace execution excellence. You partner closely with the EHQ based Code and Sport Business Integration teams as part of EMEA Business Integration.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the Lead, Territory Business Integration you are part of the EMEA Business Integration team which leads one integrated offense to drive Nike’s end-to-end seasonal Code process and executes the Sport Led and Territory seasonal operating cadence with clarity, speed & confidence to win in our Sport Led offense.

In this role you deliver a connected and effective Territory offense through strong Code orchestration, a clear and effective Rhythm of the Game (RotG) and own the translation of Global and Geo concept maps into locally relevant activation plans that drive demand, cultural relevance, and marketplace impact. By acting as the connector between territory priorities, brand concepts, marketplace opportunities you ensure Nike shows up authentically and consistently while remaining locally relevant and drive x-functional operational excellence.

• Cross-functional business integration excellence: proven experience orchestrating cross-functional teams across end-to-end business functions to drive aligned execution, marketplace impact and measurable business outcomes
• Cross-functional partnership & Code: ability to establish strong cross-functional partnerships to build an integrated offense with Nike Code as the seasonal spine
• Innovation mindset: you are a problem solver who approaches the day-to-day work with an improvement and innovation mind set, challenging the status qua and building processes and tools for the future
• Business acumen: you have a strong understanding of business dynamics and strategic priorities with the ability to translate marketplace insights into impactful business decisions with a clear grasp of how the integrated offense drives value across the Sport Led offense
• Offense execution: proven ability to translate (seasonal) priorities in aligned, executable action plans delivering marketplace execution excellence through process and delivery of timely activation with cross functional partners

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will enable the Territory team to move with confidence & speed and operationalize the Territory offense, in these areas:

Code

• Own Territory alignment to the end-to-end Code process, ensuring disciplined execution across key moments, gates, milestones and deadlines
• Lead Territory seasonal Code forums, driving clear agendas, aligned outputs and action follow-through
• Partner with the EMEA Code team to reinforce process clarity, accountability and consistent execution from a Territory perspective

Rhythm of the Game (RotG)

• Design and continuously refine the Territory squad operating model, including meeting cadence, governance and cross-functional dependencies
• Owning the Territory seasonal meetings and timelines across the seasonal calendars
• Establish and evolve clear ways of working, principles and accountability with the Territory GM and leadership team, refreshed season over season

Consumer Concept Map & Integrated Marketplace Activation

• Translate Territory concept map, aligned to Geo and Global Geo consumer concepts and seasonal priorities into Territory-specific activation plans
• Adapt global and Geo narratives to local consumer, cultural, and sport realities, where relevant
• Define activation principles, success measures and performance indicators to continuously optimize consumer and marketplace impact across Cities
• Ensure activations connect product, sport, brand and marketplace priorities
• Partner with the Territory GM, Marketing, Sales, ND to ensure concepts are activated at the moments that matter most.
• Align activation plans across Nike Direct, Digital, Retail, Wholesale Partners and Key City

Cross-functional & Community Leadership

• Act as the integrator of the Territory offense, aligning consumer concepts, marketplace opportunities and cross-functional priorities to enable faster and more effective decision-making.
• Contribute actively to the EMEA Business Integration community through best-practice sharing, peer coaching and community building
• Facilitate effective communication between Territory and Sport Leaders to enable the decision-making process

NO RELOCATION AVAILABLE

The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from €59.100,00 to €91.600,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
