This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth of mobile games across the Turkish market. You will identify promising studios and game concepts and build strong, long-term partnerships. You’ll own the product journey from early ideation through development, testing, and launch. The position combines product management, business development, market analysis, and creative strategy. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and external development teams. Your insights will help define product roadmaps and strengthen competitive positioning. It’s an international, fast-moving environment where creativity, data, and execution come together. Accountabilities: - Identify, onboard, and manage gaming studios with diverse portfolios, with a particular focus on the Turkish mobile gaming market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and studio partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth. - Source and evaluate promising mobile games and studios based on market potential, player behavior, competitive dynamics, and performance indicators. - Lead the full game development lifecycle, from initial concept and ideation through production, optimization, and launch. - Conduct competitive and market analysis to understand emerging trends, user behavior, key performance metrics, and opportunities within mobile gaming. - Translate market insights into actionable product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities. - Ensure game development aligns with the wider strategic and competitive positioning of the publishing organization.

- Act as an end-to-end product owner, collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring game concepts and features to market. - Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to support decisions around iteration, optimization, and future development. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, business development, or a related role within the mobile gaming industry. - Previous experience managing gaming studios, developer relationships, or external game-development partners is a strong advantage. - Demonstrated experience taking mobile games or applications from ideation and concept development through production and launch. - Strong understanding of mobile gaming trends, player behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. - Experience contributing to successful planning, development, optimization, and launch of mobile games. - Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to turn market and product data into clear recommendations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and assess their relevance to products and the wider marketplace. - Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional and international teams. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly. - Previous experience in a startup or similarly entrepreneurial environment is an advantage. - Native-level Turkish communication skills and professional English proficiency at B2 level or above are required, including the ability to participate in meetings, work with documentation, and communicate clearly in writing.
