Global IT Sr Specialist ServiceNow Service Lead

In this role you will own and optimize the ServiceNow platform to enable new ways of working and a seamless employee experience. You will bridge technology, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions are understood, adopted, and continually improved. You’ll drive platform health, security, governance, and delivery excellence at scale for a global organization, partnering across regions and with partners. This is a chance to shape platform strategy, oversee upgrades and integrations, and advance DevOps practices in an enterprise setting. • Own platform health, availability, performance, reliability, and maintainability for production and non‑production environments.

• Oversee integrations, data sources, and tech debt; drive remediation and operational readiness for go‑lives.

• Strong hands‑on ServiceNow platform administration and architecture experience in large environments.
• Experience operating and governing enterprise platforms in global, multi‑region organizations.
• Solid ITSM and ITOM understanding with CMDB dependencies impact on data quality and processes.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise release management; ability to balance speed and stability.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across product owners, security, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for standards, decision records, and guidance.
