Trustpoint Designer: Accessible Service Journeys

pThe project investigates consumer vulnerability along the service customer journey at Università di Torino, using service design as the operative lens for analysis and intervention. It identifies touchpoints where cognitive, sensory, temporal, or power asymmetries expose groups of consumers to exclusion, reconstructing design determinants through qualitative methods. /ppThe aim is to develop design criteria to reconfigure critical touchpoints into trustpoints and to contribute to the theoretical /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
