Our technology starts with you. /b /p h3CONTEXT /h3 pWe are looking to strengthen our MCU system architecture team lineup with an additional security architect, in consideration of the widening of its product base and of the imminent coming into effect of the european Cyber Resilience Act. /p h3Role Summary /h3 pWe are looking for a Security Architect to lead the definition, analysis, and implementation of hardware and software security features for part of our next-generation microcontroller products targeting automotive, industrial, humanoid robotics, and general purpose applications. /p pThe ideal candidate will be a senior professional with deep expertise in security architectures, and with hands on experience in execution according to security standards (e.g. SESIP, ISO62443, ISO21434). /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine security concepts and security architectures for microcontroller products. /li liExecute threat analysis activities and related risk assessments (e.g. automotive TARA), to drive the identification and definition of appropriate security features and countermeasures, and to develop guidance for proper usage of our microcontrollers. /li liDerive and document HW/SW security requirements from top-level security goals and use cases. /li liIdentify and specify security features for the protection of assets and functionalities available in each product, such as:ul liintrusion protection mechanisms for debug and test interfaces /li lilogical and physical isolation mechanisms /li licountermeasures against physical attacks /li licryptographic accelerators /li /ul /li liThrough team alignment, ensure coherence of the security solutions deployed on our product-base, pursuing convergence whenever possible. /li liDevelop and maintain security-related architectural documentation. /li liCooperate with design, DFT, verification, validation, firmware, validation, and software teams to ensure security requirements are correctly implemented and verified. /li liReview product architecture against applicable standards and customer security requirements. /li liSupport security claims and compliance arguments in internal and external audits, for the assigned products. /li liParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and cross-functional security assessments. /li liContribute to the definition of the roadmap for reusable security IP and architectural security guidelines. /li liParticipate in Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) activities for analysis of vulnerabilities on products of competence. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field. /li liExperience in security architectures for microcontrollers, SoCs, or embedded systems. /li liKnowledge of security mechanisms and cryptographic operations. /li liHands-on experience with security standards such as:ul liISO21434 for automotive /li liISO62443-4-x for industrial components /li liSESIP for IoT platforms /li /ul /li liExperience in threat analysis. /li liUnderstanding of microcontroller architecture concepts as:ul liCPU and memory protection mechanisms /li liaccess control mechanisms /li licryptographic HW accelerators /li liimpact of architectural decisions on performance and area metrics /li /ul /li liAbility to translate system-level security requirements into actionable architectural requirements for implementation teams. /li liStrong documentation and communication skills, the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
