AI-Driven Clienteling CRM Product Leader

Loro Piana is seeking a Product Owner to drive the development and adoption of the CRM and clienteling digital products. You will partner with CRM, IT, Retail Ops and regional teams to ensure solutions support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving business objectives.
With 5–8 years in similar roles and a strong retail or CRM background, you will lead the roadmap, manage agile delivery, and advance AI-powered capabilities while monitoring adoption and impact
