It’s no coincidence that at IKEA, HR is called People Culture. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liSupported by your company tutor and team, you will assist in the following activities: /li liDevelop the Staff Plan, ensuring the correct staffing needs for each department; /li liCreate employee schedules to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience; /li liCollaborate in creating files and reports to monitor KPIs related to staffing; /li liSupport managers in monitoring leave and permissions across teams; /li liWork with recruitment and administration teams for resource management; /li liAssist the People Culture Manager, department managers, and co-workers in implementing plans; /li liEnsure effective onboarding processes for new co-workers; /li liOrganize events and parties. /li /ul h3Apply now: /h3 pJoining IKEA offers many benefits beyond working for a global company!
