Customer Service Clerk - Post Office

YOUR ROLE

You will be the face of Poste Italiane, working in our post offices alongside customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the promotion and sale of products and services
• Managing operational and administrative procedures in compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Providing information and assistance to foster customer loyalty and business growth

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma with a minimum score of 70/100 (or 42/60)

A university degree is considered a plus.
