Senior Program Manager, Automotive Hardware & Systems

Cespira is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex product and technology programs across engineering, operations, customers and partners. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage milestones, and ensure programs move from development to production with automotive discipline.
Ideal candidates have extensive project management experience in engineering, with APQP knowledge, and fluency in English and Italian, plus willingness to travel internationally.
