Are you passionate about numbers and eager to understand business performance in the beauty retail industry? Join our Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A) team and gain hands-on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network;
• Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency;
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights;
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders;
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers;
• Act as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions;
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

Who we’re looking for:

• Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management;
• Engineering, or related fields;
• Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint;
• Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting;
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy;
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail and beauty industry dynamics;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
