[Wind Energy] Senior Business Manager
CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd.
This is a fully remote field-based role with no daily office attendance required. You will be based in [Milan, Italy] and take charge of local & regional client development, business visits and market expansion with necessary regional travel.
Requirements
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with a science/engineering background or industry marketing experience are preferred.
- Candidates with market resources and industry experience related to wind power are preferred.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with fluency in the local language of the target market.
- Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and following up on leads and business opportunities.
- Be responsible for securing project orders, conducting business negotiations, signing contracts, achieving sales targets, and meeting “two-fund” targets, including accounts receivable and inventory-related targets.
- Be responsible for key account development and customer relationship maintenance, as well as identifying market opportunities in key regions and planning ahead.
- Undertake the business unit’s development targets and support other departments in market expansion-related work.
