About the Position:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Electronic Systems Division Commercial & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Electronic Systems Head of Commercial & Marketing and functionally to Marelli Global Head of Marketing.

This position could be based in several locations.

As the Product Marketing Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible for leading all marketing activities for the Electronics business while spearheading key strategic initiatives and special projects.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage all aspects of brand positioning, messaging, and external communications.
• Lead demand generation and customer engagement initiatives, including digital marketing, events, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Product Management teams, to ensure alignment on market trends and customer needs. Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage third parties / suppliers involved in the supply of marketing materials and services.
• Support industry award application process.
• Coordinate with third parties for the execution of co-marketing plans.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and automotive industry standards.
• Lead and manage 'special projects' assigned by the business Head, focusing on strategic business growth, operational efficiency, and market positioning.
• Supervise and coordinate product marketing team members.

What Qualifications you will bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in the English language
• Proven experience in senior marketing roles within the automotive or electronics industries
• Technical aptitude and understanding of product development processes in the automotive industry are preferred
• Experience in event planning and content creation is highly desired
• Prior experience at a top-tier strategic consulting firm (MBB) at the Junior Engagement Manager or equivalent level
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred

• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, and project management to develop and execute marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make technical presentations to all levels within Marelli and OEM organizations (peers, management, and executives)
