Il nostro rinomato hotel di lusso è alla ricerca di un/a agente di prenotazione altamente competente e motivato/a per soddisfare le esigenze dei nostri ospiti più esigenti. Posizione: Hotel Mioni Pezzato ad Abano Terme Orario: 40 ore di lavoro settimanale

Turni regolari: 08:30-15:30; 10:00-17:00 – 13:00-21:00

Vitto & alloggio disponibili Mansionario:
Gestire le prenotazioni degli ospiti in modo efficiente e accurato, utilizzando il nostro sistema di prenotazione online e telefonicamente.
Fornire informazioni dettagliate sui servizi dell'hotel, le tariffe e le politiche di cancellazione per assistere gli ospiti nella scelta della sistemazione più adatta alle loro esigenze.
Collaborare con il team di reception e altri dipartimenti per garantire una comunicazione fluida e una preparazione adeguata per l'arrivo degli ospiti.
Rispondere tempestivamente alle richieste dei clienti, offrendo soluzioni e suggerimenti personalizzati per migliorare la loro esperienza.
Mantenere un database accurato delle prenotazioni e delle informazioni sui clienti per garantire un servizio efficiente e personalizzato. ✅ Requisiti:
TEDESCO base / medio - INGLESE medio / FRANCESE preferibile
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta
Orientamento alla vendita
Esperienza precedente nel settore dell'ospitalità, preferibilmente in ruoli di prenotazione o servizio clienti preferibile
Orientamento al servizio clienti e capacità di lavorare in modo efficace anche sotto pressione.
Flessibilità nell'orario di lavoro, inclusi turni notturni, festivi e weekend. Se ti senti pronta a contribuire al nostro successo mandaci il tuo CV completo
