Multilingual Customer Success Lead - Post‑sale Growth

4URSPACE is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to lead the post-sales lifecycle and engage with customers for their growth and satisfaction. The role is pivotal in ensuring customers maximize the value from 4URSPACE by providing guidance and feedback, along with delivering training and conducting business reviews.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in Italian, French, and English.
