As Global Indirect Purchasing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for indirect spend across the group, shaping category approaches and driving cost reductions. • Lead and manage the indirect global team across Europe and Asia

• Prepare spend analyses, supplier bases, and cost models
• Manage complex sourcing projects from concept to implementation, including change management

Responsabilità

• Eight to ten years of indirect sourcing experience, especially in marketing
• Proven ability to manage global, multicultural teams
• Experience across multiple companies and contexts in purchasing
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Proven process improvement and reorganizational capabilities
• Track record of meeting project milestones and multitasking
