Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /ph3bSavigliano site in Italy /b /h3h3bProject Quality and Safety Manager /b /h3h3bPurpose of the job /b /h3ulliSupport the Project Team, to ensure the project Safety, Quality assurance by coordinating all quality and safety activities throughout the project and be the preferable interface in the Project Team for all the métiers Quality needed for the Project (Engineering Quality, Industrial Quality, Supplier Quality) /liliEnsure that all the REX (Return Of Experience) of all the métiers have been considered in the Risks Opportunities and closely monitor to prevent occurrence /li /ulpEnsure and improve the tender quality during tender phase upon request /ph3bCustomer Quality /b /h3ulliBe the interface with the Customer quality and safety teams /li /ulh3bProject Quality /b /h3ulliEstablish the Project Quality plan and ensure the proper application during contract execution in accordance to the contract requirements, and to the Alstom processes /liliSupport the project teams and Project Manager to prepare gate reviews follow up related action plans /li /ulh3bProject execution controls /b /h3ulliSupport the project teams mainly the Project Manager to prepare gate reviews follow up related action plans /liliReport quality and safety alerts /liliEnsure quality of the modifications made during the project /liliEnsure that safety assessment is correctly implemented (i.e.: safety review) and prepare safety authorization. /liliControl project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits - to authorize presentation / delivery to customer /liliEnsure REX process within the projec /li /ulh3bMeasure and improve project quality performance /b /h3ulliManage Non-conformities and Safety issues and facilitate problem solving during project execution phase to reduce the costs of non-quality (8D, REX and standards evolution) /liliImprove the efficiency of quality teams to reduce the function costs /liliMake sure that Engineering team is included in Customer issues solving process(if needed). /liliDepending on local organization, PrQSM could also oversee Industrial quality, Quality Management System and Supplier Quality Assurance activities. In some sites/countries/regions, the PrWM position is merged with the PrQSM position. /li /ulh3bEducational Requirements /b /h3ulliMaster degree in Engineering with Management background depending on the size of the project /liliExperience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools /liliKnowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications…) would be an asset /li /ulh3bExperience /b /h3ulliAwareness on Processes and Products delivered in the project, /liliFluent in English /liliExperience in Quality / audit are appreciated /li /ulh3bSkills /b /h3h3bCompetencies Skills - (Technical Behavioral) /b /h3ulliRigor, Communication, knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM,.) and quality tools /liliExperience in operational activities and in documentation management /liliCollaboration and team working /li /ulh3bSalary Range 34.400 € - 45.900 € /b /h3h3bCCNL (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici Industria /b /h3pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
