Sibill è alla ricerca di un/una Customer Success Specialist che supporti le PMI clienti nell'uso della piattaforma. Questo ruolo include l’onboarding dei clienti, la gestione delle relazioni e l’identificazione di opportunità di upselling.
Ideale per chi ha 2+ anni di esperienza e desidera lavorare in un ambiente B2B SaaS. Offriamo un pacchetto retributivo RAL di 30-40K, bonus basato su obiettivi e lavoro ibrido a Milano.
