Process Engineer

Overview

As a Process Engineer at Technogym HQ, you will lead manufacturing process definition for new products, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets. You will work in a cross‐functional environment across the organization to optimize assembly lines, layouts, and logistics. Your lean manufacturing expertise will shape production standards and site efficiency. This role offers the chance to contribute to scalable product launches and drive operational excellence in a global fitness brand.

Responsabilità

• Define and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet safety, quality, and cost goals
• Design factory and assembly line layouts and internal logistics flows
• Define production Standard Time (Standard Time) for processes
• Coordinate internal and external resources, planning activities and tracking progress
• Collaborate across departments on new product development and manufacturing projects

Requisiti fondamentali

• Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing Engineering background or technical diploma
• Experience in new product startup
• Experience in assembly process
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Waste, Poka-yoke, Value stream mapping, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ)
• Experience in defining production Standard Time
• Proficiency with Excel and Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / CAD
• Strong leadership and teamwork with a proactive mindset
• Good command of Italian and English
• Willingness to travel for business
